Method Recruiting is seeking a Growth Strategist for San Francisco to lead enterprise CRO initiatives. You will own the experimentation roadmap, develop high-impact tests, and leverage AI-powered tooling to accelerate testing velocity.

You’ll translate results into measurable revenue impact and help codify best practices for scalable growth. You should bring 3+ years in CRO/experimentation, a hypothesis-driven mindset, and strong communication to present findings to senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on CRO, growth, or experimentation experience across agencies, in-house teams, or consulting.
• Ability to generate actionable hypotheses and test ideas across pages and flows.
• Strong data fluency with experimentation metrics and result interpretation.

Responsibilities

• Own the experimentation roadmap and prioritize high-impact tests for enterprise customers.
• Generate winning hypotheses combining data, UX, and CRO best practices.
• Utilize AI-powered tooling to rapidly create and deploy test variants with our Mark-1 platform.
• Analyze results, synthesize learnings, and communicate impact to stakeholders.
• Help define world-class AI-powered CRO practices, frameworks, and playbooks.
