LTK is seeking a Principal Product Manager, Creator to reimagine how creators discover opportunities, create shoppable content, and grow their businesses on the platform. You will lead strategy and evolution for Creator workflows, shaping experiences across the AI-native creator space for thousands of creators worldwide.

This senior IC role demands deep product judgment, data-driven decision making, and a track record of delivering meaningful customer and business impact at scale.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Product Management experience with ownership of complex product areas.
• Experience with AI-powered products and evaluating evals, test cases and quality criteria.
• Experience shaping product vision and strategy for consumer-facing platforms at scale.

Responsibilities

• Shape the long-term vision and multi-quarter product strategy for Creator Experience.
• Lead cross-functional efforts across Product, Engineering, Design, Data, and Creator Success.
• Invent AI-native features to simplify creator workflows and grow creator earnings.
• Translate creator insights into measurable improvements in engagement, retention, and monetization.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to align investment and drive execution across product areas.
