Job summary

LTK is seeking a bold Principal Product Manager, Creator to redefine how creators discover opportunities, create shoppable content, and grow their businesses. You will lead strategy for Creator Experience and shape AI-native workflows across Product, Engineering, Design, Data, and Creator Success teams.

The role is senior IC, requiring 8+ years in product management, with a track record in e-commerce or creator platforms, and hands-on AI product delivery.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Product Management experience with ownership of complex product areas
• Experience with e-commerce, creator platforms, marketplaces, recommendations or product discovery preferred
• Proven ability to shape product vision and strategy for consumer-facing products or complex platforms at scale
• Hands-on experience shipping and improving AI-powered products, including evaluating AI outputs and defining quality criteria

Responsibilities

• Define the long-term vision and multi-quarter product strategy for the Creator Experience
• Reimagine the creator experience for the AI era and reduce workflow friction
• Lead AI-native product innovation to expand Creator influence and earnings
• Turn creator insights and data into product improvements that boost engagement and retention
• Define and monitor outcome measures for experience quality, engagement, and earnings
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, Design, Data and Creator Success
• Stay close to customers and apply AI-native frameworks for learning from real signals
• Challenge assumptions and elevate product thinking to guide leadership decisions
