Job summary

LTK is seeking a Principal Product Manager, Creator to lead the strategy and evolution for Creators’ core workflows. You will shape how creators discover opportunities, connect with brands, and turn inspiration into shoppable content, while partnering across Product, Engineering, Design, Data, and Creator Success teams.

You will drive AI-native product innovation, envision differentiated experiences, and measure outcomes to improve engagement, retention, and earnings for thousands of creators

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Product Management experience
• Experience with AI-powered products or AI tooling
• Strong communication and storytelling skills

Responsibilities

• Define the long-term vision and multi-quarter product strategy for the Creator Experience.
• Reimagine creator experience for the AI era and reduce workflow friction.
• Apply AI/ML to expand Creator influence and improve engagement.
• Turn data, experiments, and user insights into product improvements and outcomes.
