Modern.ai in Miami is seeking a Senior Creator Strategist to own creator-led campaigns across our portfolio of brands. You will blend creative instincts with analytics to develop concepts that move culture and revenue while ensuring measurable engagement.

You will lead strategy for creator ecosystems across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging spaces, translating performance into sharp briefs and tests, and collaborating with Growth Directors, designers, and editors to deliver impact.

Qualifications

• 5 years in digital strategy, brand storytelling, or creator/influencer marketing.
• Deep, native understanding of the major social networks, plus familiarity with paid media strategy and social commerce trends.
• Proven ability to translate creative performance data into sharper, data-informed briefs and creative tests.
• Exceptional writing and presentation skills — you can build a compelling pitch deck and defend a strategic recommendation to senior stakeholders.
• Must be genuinely fluent across all major creator platforms — TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and beyond.

Responsibilities

• Campaign Strategy — Develop comprehensive, creator-led campaign concepts that drive cultural impact, brand storytelling, and measurable engagement across platforms.
• Creator Ecosystem Fluency — Serve as the subject matter expert on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging social spaces, with a clear POV on formats and creators for each brand.
• Trend Forecasting — Monitor pop culture and trends, translating signals into actionable briefs before they peak.
• Data & Analytics — Track performance, derive insights, and optimize strategy for ROI and conversions.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration — Partner with Growth Directors, designers, and editors to align campaigns from concept to completion.
