Qualifications

• 3+ years of consulting in Consumer Products Operations or related fields.
• Fluency in English with strong written and verbal communication.
• Strong hypothesis-driven problem solving and quantitative skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI-enabled Transformation for CPG Ops across end-to-end value chain.
• Shape use cases and drive business case, solution design and adoption.
• Collaborate with case teams, AI experts, and clients for value realization.
• Coach and mentor junior colleagues and contribute to IP development.
