Boston Consulting Group (BCG) is seeking a Manager – BCG Vantage on the Topic Activation path to lead AI-enabled Consumer Products Operations transformations. You will shape value pools, prioritize use cases, and drive end-to-end implementation with cross-functional teams across clients.

You will mentor junior colleagues, manage case work, and contribute to IP development and market-facing activities within a global matrix organization.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of consulting experience in Consumer Products Operations or related fields.
• Advanced degree preferred but not required.
• Fluency in English with strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Translate operational challenges into high-value AI solutions.
