Job summary

Boston Consulting Group is seeking a Manager – BCG Vantage on the Topic Activation path to lead AI-enabled transformation in Consumer Products Operations across the supply chain. You will diagnose operational value pools, prioritize use cases, and shape end-to-end solutions with data, AI and analytics.

Collaborating with global case teams and AI experts, you will develop intellectual assets, design implementation roadmaps, and help clients realize measurable outcomes at scale.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of consulting experience in Consumer Products Operations or similar, with digital/AI transformation focus.
• Strong problem-solving and quantitative skills with English fluency.

Responsibilities

• Identify AI-enabled transformation opportunities within the CPG value chain.
• Prioritize use cases and translate them into business cases and roadmaps.
• Develop diagnostics, benchmarks, and IP assets for CPG Ops AI.
• Coach and mentor junior staff and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
