You will also shape consumer trends analyses to inform senior leadership decisions and oversee both qualitative and quantitative projects. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in insights or market research, strong project management, and experience synthesizing data across sources.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in consumer insights, market research, or Voice of Customer programs.
• Familiarity with qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
• Experience synthesizing secondary research from diverse data sources.
• Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize multiple projects.
• Problem-solving and attention to detail; team-oriented.
• Passion for improving processes and leveraging AI to increase effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Define and enhance research processes, tools, governance, and documentation.
• Lead knowledge management of insights and competitive intelligence.
• Lead AI-led tools and agents within the research function.
• Manage the research suite of tools and technologies.
• Support Voice of Customer programs with project management and insights.
• Synthesize insights into cohesive narratives for internal stakeholders.
• Lead qualitative and quantitative research projects as needed.
