Job summary

Enova International is seeking a Compliance Lead to support multiple teams within the Compliance Risk & Assurance function. You will design risk frameworks, run large-scale compliance tests, and validate corrective actions, leveraging Claude and AI tools for analysis and reporting.

The role requires adapting to shifting priorities and communicating findings to senior leaders. You will partner across Compliance, Legal, and business units, design risk taxonomies, monitor KRIs, and ensure effective

Qualifications

• 5+ years in compliance, risk management, testing, or related assurance discipline.
• Hands-on in at least two: risk framework design, testing, validation, or assessments.
• Demonstrated use of generative AI tools (Claude) with critical review of output.
• Ability to structure ambiguous problems with well-documented work.
• Strong written and verbal communication for senior stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills to handle changing priorities.
• Experience adapting methods as regulatory expectations and AI capabilities evolve.
• Experience building automation/tools (SQL, Ruby, Python, low-code).
• Experience with US consumer/small business financial services regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Design, document, and maintain risk frameworks for products and features.
• Support risk assessments and periodic refreshes of assessments.
• Design, build, execute, and validate large-scale compliance tests.
• Independently validate corrective actions for root cause and sustainability.
• Support compliance reporting and data intelligence with KRI monitoring.
• Use Claude and other AI tools daily, review AI output for accuracy and data handling.
