Job summary

OpenAI is seeking a Regulatory Compliance Program Manager to translate evolving regulatory requirements into clear responsibilities, processes, and auditable evidence. You will partner with Legal and product teams to scope work, maintain control narratives, prepare regulatory responses, and lead external assessments for your portfolio focusing on AI safety, security, and content moderation.

You should own delivery, explain tradeoffs, and adapt recommendations as evidence evolves.

Qualifications

Experience building AI safety/security and content-moderation programs.
Ability to translate regulatory requirements into scoped programs and control narratives.
Experience leading external regulatory assessments and audits.
Strong collaboration with Legal, Product, Security, Privacy, and other teams.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Lead cross-functional programs for AI safety, security, and content compliance.
