Job summary

Enova International is seeking a Compliance Lead in the United States. You will partner across Compliance Risk & Assurance to design risk frameworks, conduct large-scale compliance tests, and validate corrective actions.

Proficiency with AI tools, especially Claude, is central to daily work and risk monitoring. You will collaborate with Legal and business units, handle testing, assessments, and reporting, while adapting to evolving regulatory expectations and AI capabilities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in compliance, risk management, testing, or related assurance.
• Experience with AI tools (e.g., Claude) for tests, risk assessments, analysis, or reporting with critical review.
• Ability to structure ambiguous problems and produce defensible work.
• Strong written and verbal communication for senior stakeholders.
• Experience building automation tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, document, and maintain risk frameworks for emerging products and features.
• Support design and execution of compliance risk assessments.
• Support Compliance Testing in large-scale tests.
• Validate corrective actions for root cause and sustainability.
• Support reporting and data intelligence including KRI monitoring.
• Use Claude and other AI tools in daily work and review AI output for accuracy.
