Job summary

Ensemble RCM LLC is seeking a Senior Compliance Solutions Engineer to own the compliance platform built on Microsoft Power Platform. You will work with substantial JavaScript, Dataverse, and custom APIs, ensuring secure, scalable solutions across the full software lifecycle.

The role emphasizes AI-assisted development with Claude Code/OpenAI Codex, rapid iteration, and collaboration with Compliance and IT stakeholders to automate investigations and improve data quality.

Qualifications

• 7 to 10 years of relevant experience in application development or solution engineering.
• 3+ years of hands-on Microsoft Power Platform experience, including Dataverse and Power Automate.
• Strong working knowledge of JavaScript and modern browser application development.
• Experience taking ambiguous business requirements from concept through architecture, development, testing, release, and production support.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical owner for the compliance solutions platform, translating business requirements into solution architecture, development plans, production releases, and ongoing enhancements.
• Design, build, and maintain custom Power Pages experiences with substantial JavaScript; develop asynchronous client-side logic and Dataverse API calls.
• Develop and maintain Power Automate workflows for case processing, approvals, notifications, and operational monitoring.
• Develop server-side extensions using C# for Dataverse plugins and custom APIs.
• Review AI-generated code before deployment and improve insecure or inefficient implementations.
