State Street is seeking an experienced AI Compliance & Automation Lead to modernize the Cyber Application Compliance Program. You will drive AI-enabled solutions, automate risk assessments, and integrate AI capabilities across governance platforms while collaborating with cybersecurity, risk, technology, and business teams.

The role requires strong software development, knowledge of compliance frameworks, and experience in highly regulated financial services environments.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in AI, analytics, automation, or related fields.
• 5+ years in cybersecurity, compliance, risk management or regulated tech.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• Strong coding and production-grade automation experience.
• Experience with cloud platforms and enterprise governance tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI adoption across the Cyber Application Compliance Program.
• Design and deploy AI-driven automation to improve compliance operations.
• Develop AI-assisted monitoring to identify control deficiencies and risks.
• Integrate AI into governance processes with stakeholders.
• Build data pipelines and reporting dashboards for KRIs and metrics.
• Collaborate on intelligent workflows in platforms like ServiceNow and Archer.
• Establish responsible AI governance, security, and model oversight.
• Translate objectives into technical specs and communicate to executives.
• Stay current on AI, cybersecurity trends and regulatory expectations.
