PNC is seeking a Compliance Program Specialist to join the Enterprise Compliance organization. The role, based in major locations including Pittsburgh, is focused on implementing AI tools and governance within the compliance framework.

You will analyze data, coordinate testing, and help socialize compliance program objectives with business partners while ensuring regulatory alignment across products and processes.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent combination of education, certification and experience.
• 2+ years of relevant professional experience in compliance or risk management.
• Familiarity with AI tools and data analytics is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Implements compliance programs to prevent illegal, unethical, or improper business practices.
• Develops ability to constructively challenge conclusions/status quo.
• Supports key business initiatives by gathering and analyzing data to identify compliance risks.
• May assist in suggesting resolutions and escalate identified risks to senior team members.
• Identifies compliance impact on matters such as marketing materials, sales programs, product development, documentation review and other business initiatives.
• Assesses activity for existing and emerging risks and evaluates materiality of risks identified.
• Researches current laws, rules, and regulatory requirements and drafts/assesses policies to ensure alignment.
• Coordinates the compliance monitoring program and ensures activity stays within risk limits.
• Executes on objectives for assigned area, communicates objectives to partners, and prepares compliance reports.
• Under supervision, helps develop and implement new or enhanced reports for timely regulatory compliance.
