OpenGov seeks a Senior Compensation Manager to lead the evolution of its compensation programs with hands-on ownership and AI-enabled operations. You’ll partner with HRBPs, People Managers, and FP&A to ensure internal equity and market competitiveness while scaling compensation processes.

You will own design, cycle execution, equity planning, and manager enablement, building data-driven workflows that scale with OpenGov’s growth and help leadership make informed decisions.

Formación

• 10+ years of experience in compensation, consulting, or a related field.
• Experience building compensation programs and scaling processes.
• Experience with equity program design and administration.
• Strong analytical and Excel/Google Sheets skills.
• Experience building AI-powered tools in a compensation/HR context.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local laws impacting people operations and compensation.

Responsabilidades

• Lead compensation advisory and program management across cycles, promotions, and variable pay.
• Own equity planning: guidelines, vesting, and budget modeling.
• Design metrics, reports, and tools to inform program decisions and forecast outcomes.
• Create and deploy compensation content and training for HRBPs and managers.
• Design AI-powered workflows to automate recurring compensation work.
