Bristol Myers Squibb in Princeton, NJ is seeking a Head of Commercialization Data & AI Delivery to lead a Databricks-based platform migration and build an internal capability. You will drive the transformation, hire senior leaders, and establish standards for data and analytics across Commercialization.

The role oversees a US-India engineering team, partners with Enterprise Data Platforms, and reports to the Executive Director, Commercialization Data & AI.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in data engineering, data platform, or tech delivery.
• 10+ years in people leadership managing engineering/tech orgs.

Responsibilities

• Set operating model and standards for Commercialization Data & AI delivery.
• Lead the transformation toward a stronger internal delivery model.
• Manage a significant external delivery partnership through scope evolution.
• Build and hire senior technical leadership for Platform Engineering and AI/ML & Analytics.
• Lead a combined US and India-based engineering org.
• Partner with Enterprise Data Platforms to meet enterprise architecture/governance standards.
• Own migration pace, milestones, and vendor knowledge transfer.
• Engage with executive stakeholders across Commercial, Medical, and Market Access.
• Set engineering standards for code review, testing, and data product delivery.
• Build credibility and judgment for expanded leadership of the function.
