AMETEK, Inc. seeks a Commercial Excellence & AI Analyst to advance global sales performance through AI-driven analytics, process optimization, and CRM improvements.

You will design dashboards, improve forecasting, and lead automation across sales, marketing, and customer service. You will partner with commercial leadership to implement AI solutions, develop scalable workflows, and train teams on data-driven decision making while supporting long-cycle B2B sales in a remote role with occasional

Qualifications

• 3+ years in commercial excellence, sales operations, BI, or related functions.
• Proficiency in Salesforce, Power BI, Excel and reporting platforms.
• Experience using AI tools (Microsoft Copilot, Claude) to improve processes.
• Knowledge of CRM, forecasting, pipeline management, and pricing.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and optimize end-to-end commercial processes including lead management, forecasting, opportunity management, pricing and quoting.
• Identify inefficiencies and develop tech-enabled solutions to boost productivity and outcomes.
• Serve as the business unit's AI SME, driving adoption of AI tools and best practices across functions.
• Design and implement AI-enabled workflows to reduce admin workload and accelerate decision-making.
• Develop executive dashboards and scorecards to provide actionable sales and profitability insights.
• Collaborate with leadership to improve forecasting methodologies and forecast accuracy.
• Drive CRM optimization, data quality, reporting, and user adoption.
