Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 2+ years of analytical experience.
• Advanced Excel and Power BI skills.
• Experience with SQL and data structures.
• Experience with predictive analytics or statistical modeling.
• Familiarity with Python or similar tools.
• Experience with large and complex datasets.
• Understanding of AI/ML lifecycle and governance principles.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Carry out in-depth analyses of business activities to identify learnings and recommendations.
• Develop and maintain reports to help stakeholders manage and grow the business.
• Work on ad hoc data and analysis requests from business teams.
• Act as lead analyst across various project teams.
• Monitor business performance against targets and report to leadership.
• Develop and contribute to business reviews and leadership presentations.
• Develop and apply predictive and prescriptive analytics models.
• Leverage AI and machine learning techniques to uncover insights from complex datasets.
• Partner with Technology & AI teams to identify and prioritize AI use cases.
• Translate business problems into analytical and AI-driven solutions.
• Evaluate and monitor performance of analytical and AI models.
• Support data preparation and feature engineering for modeling.
• Contribute to responsible AI practices including governance and explainability.
• Identify opportunities to automate reporting and decision workflows.
