Job summary

Cognizant seeks an Icertis AI Augmented Senior Manager to lead AI-enabled CLM solutions, align with business goals, and deliver scalable, secure CLM platforms. You will guide architecture, AI transformation initiatives, and governance to maximize contract management efficiency.

The role requires extensive CLM experience, cloud integration, and leadership across cross-functional teams to drive platform innovation and value realization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in enterprise application delivery, contract management platforms, or software engineering.
• 3+ years of experience leading technical teams in a manager, delivery lead, or program leadership role.
• Hands-on experience with Icertis CLM, including configuration, implementation, integration, and support.
• Experience delivering cloud-based enterprise applications, AI-enabled solutions, and system integrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor cross-functional teams responsible for the design, implementation, and support of AI-enabled Icertis CLM solutions, establishing best practices, governance standards, and delivery excellence.
• Drive AI-powered automation, platform enhancements, and integration initiatives to improve contract lifecycle efficiency, user experience, and operational performance.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable, secure, and intelligent CLM solutions leveraging automation and AI capabilities.
• Ensure system reliability, data integrity, compliance, governance, and performance through proactive monitoring, analytics, and continuous improvement practices.
• Manage end-to-end project delivery, including solution architecture, AI transformation initiatives, implementation, risk management, and operational excellence programs supporting enterprise contract management objectives.
