• Interest in AI, process improvement, change management, and technology adoption.
• Experience with AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Microsoft 365) preferred.
• Preferred majors include Business, MIS, Data Analytics, CS, Communications, Organizational Leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop an understanding of our business, culture and structure to support your work.
• Identify, document, and evaluate high-value AI use cases that improve efficiency across the Claims organization.
• Support the development and maintenance of AI prompt libraries, use case inventories, and adoption resources.
• Collaborate with business partners to analyze repetitive work, recommend standardization opportunities, and measure impact of AI-enabled solutions.
