Our summer student internship is a 10 to 14 week program that starts in mid May and ends in August. During your internship, you'll work on impactful projects that make a difference at our company, with our customers, and in our communities. Compensation Minimum: $25.00 Compensation Maximum: $39.00 As a Claims Operations intern, you will support teams responsible for Claims Quality Assurance, Knowledge Management, and Training by working on projects that help improve claim handling consistency, employee development, and operational effectiveness. Reporting to a Senior Manager within Claims Program Operations, you will analyze data, assist with process improvement initiatives, contribute to training and knowledge resources, and support quality review programs that drive business results.
