Qualifications

• Must be a student at an accredited 4-year college/university graduating Aug 2027 or later.
• Pursuing a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD, aligned with the internship role.
• Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with data insights.

Responsibilities

• Develop understanding of business, culture, and structure to support work.
• Analyze claims quality, training, and operational data to identify trends.
• Assist in creating knowledge resources, job aids, and training materials.
• Support reporting, dashboards, and AI-enabled projects to improve consistency.
• Collaborate with leaders and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
