Qualifications

• 5+ years of change management experience supporting technology or digital initiatives.
• Experience with digital product implementations or organizational change programs.
• Experience with AI projects and AI enablement preferred.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, facilitation and relationships.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute change management plans for AI and digital initiatives.
• Lead adoption and sustainment activities for new releases and enhancements.
• Conduct stakeholder and user interviews, impact and readiness assessments.
• Develop communications and engagement strategies to support adoption.
• Coordinate training activities and capability-building efforts.
• Lead Change Champion Network to drive awareness, engagement and advocacy.
• Partner with product and business leaders to understand impacts and adoption needs.
• Gather user feedback to support continuous improvement.
• Coordinate change activities across multiple AI and digital initiatives.
• Leverage AI tools to create content and improve efficiency.
