Job summary

KPMG LLP in Chicago seeks a Sr. Associate, Strategic Change Management to lead client service delivery on large-scale transformations and apply Change Management, Organizational Development, and Learning & Development practices.

You will facilitate sessions with mid-level leaders, collect and analyze data, and develop adoption reports to steer course corrections. The role involves mentoring staff, managing scope and risks, and contributing to knowledge capital and training initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of relevant work experience related to Change Management, Organizational Development, or Human Resource Consulting, with two years in Advisory Services within a major consulting firm
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university required
• Experience designing and leading initiatives business transformation projects with strong process understanding
• Experience mentoring or managing employees including goal setting and performance reviews
• Strong communication skills to lead stakeholder engagements and work with executives

Responsibilities

• Lead client service delivery teams in the active execution of change management programs for large-scale transformations
• Utilize knowledge in Change Management, Organizational Development and Learning & Development to drive experience-centric strategies and prepare materials for meetings
• Facilitate sessions with mid-level leaders; collect and synthesize data; contribute to adoption reports and course corrections
• Build long-term relationships with executives across KPMG service lines and drive opportunities
• Engage in development of Change Management methodologies and contribute to training efforts
• Manage scope and junior resources; deliver change management projects using AI/Agents and analyze workforce data
• Uphold integrity, professionalism, and KPMG's respectful work environment
