Accenture is seeking an experienced Reinvention Program Manager to serve as the operational backbone of the AI Transformation Office within its Life Sciences Reinventive Enterprise practice. You will manage communications, milestones, and portfolio reporting across multiple transformation workstreams, leveraging AI-enabled tools to drive discipline and momentum.

Qualifications

5+ years of combined experience in program or project management at a top-tier firm or complex enterprise.
Experience designing program operating rhythms (cadence calls, status reports, risk logs, budget tracking) for exec audiences.
Experience leveraging AI-powered project management and automation to improve visibility.
Strong executive-ready written and verbal communication skills.
Experience coordinating across multidisciplinary teams (consultants, technologists, change practitioners).
Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities
