Job summary

Avanade, the strategic advisory and experiences arm, is seeking experienced change management professionals to help clients accelerate AI-enabled transformations across North America.

You will lead change strategies, assess readiness, plan communications, design training, and measure adoption while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Travel up to 50% may be required; strong storytelling and Microsoft technology fluency are essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in client-facing change management roles.
• Experience with AI tools and Copilot integration.
• Familiarity with Microsoft technologies and collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver change management strategies for AI-enabled workplace transformations.
• Assess organizational readiness and identify gaps in capabilities, culture, and processes.
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement, communication planning and change impact assessments.
• Design and facilitate training programs to upskill client workforces and support technology adoption.
• Define and implement change measurement frameworks to track adoption, engagement, and business impact.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between change strategy, business goals, and technical delivery.
• Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders to support program success.
