Job summary

Slalom, LLC is seeking a seasoned Change Manager to design and lead enterprise change strategies in an AI-enabled environment. You will mentor change leaders, drive stakeholder engagement, and develop AI-enhanced learning experiences across client engagements.

The role supports hybrid/in-office work with flexibility for East Coast office locations. Strong communication, collaboration, and a track record of large-scale transformations are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of change management experience.
• Experience coaching with AI.
• Knowledge of agile change management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead enterprise change strategies.
• Deliver AI coaching and mentor leaders to adopt new ways of working.
• Drive stakeholder engagement and sponsorship.

• Anticipate and mitigate resistance with data-driven insights.

• Provide post-implementation coaching for long-term sustainability.
