Job summary

Avanade Advisory & Experiences seeks experienced change management professionals to drive AI-enabled workplace transformations for clients across North America. You will lead change strategies, stakeholder engagement and training programs, ensuring adoption and measurable business impact.

Role requires strong communication, design thinking, and ability to operate in matrixed environments. Travel up to 50% may be expected within North America.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in client-facing change management roles with Microsoft Transformations (AI/Copilot, SharePoint, Teams).
• Lead and deliver change management strategies for AI-enabled workplace transformations.
• Assess readiness, identify capability gaps, and design training to upskill client workforces.

Responsibilities

• Lead change strategies and integration plans across complex client environments.
• Coordinate stakeholder engagement, communications planning, and impact assessments.
• Coach client teams on change management best practices and measurement.
• Apply design thinking to plan and shape human-centered solutions.
