Job summary

Thesis Care in NYC is seeking a Clinical Strategist to work with customers from initial conversations to post go‑live. You’ll understand client needs, support our sales and deployment teams, and lead solution design and executive discussions with providers and payers.

You’ll guide clinical product development with market and clinical perspectives, manage complex deployments with senior stakeholders, and shape new partnerships.

Qualifications

• 3+ total years post-training experience, with 2+ years in client-facing roles.
• Experience at early startups or high-growth healthtech units.
• Proven track record managing deployments with executive stakeholders in clinical environments.
• MD/DO credential required.

Responsibilities

• Convey Thesis’s AI platform to the market. Serve as the external voice of our AI, helping customers understand its capabilities and clinical value
• Lead consultative sales cycles with provider organizations, uncovering priorities, and shaping new solutions to serve customer needs.
• Build and nurture executive relationships (C‑suite, service line leaders, clinical, IT) to foster trust, remove roadblocks, and champion adoption.
• Drive post‑go‑live success and expansion, orchestrating stakeholders to deliver on time, measuring outcomes, and upselling additional use cases.
• Feed customer insight back into our product, working with engineering and clinical teams to prioritize features and new use cases.
• Own product scope for new partnerships. Partner with sales to translate client needs into a defined, flexible product configuration.
