Qualifications

• Active clinical license required — e.g., RN or NP.
• 5+ years of clinical practice and direct patient care; experience in population health or care management is preferred.
• Familiarity with quality measurement frameworks (CIHI, HEDIS, CMS Star Ratings, NCQA).
• Experience with regulatory bodies and health-system operations across regions.
• Strong ability to translate complex medical information into patient-friendly content.
• AI proficiency – comfortable using AI tools for research and strategy ideation.
• Experience reviewing clinical content and AI outputs for safety and scope.
• Interest in building evaluation rubrics or QA frameworks for AI-generated content.
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic, cross-functional organization.

• Care Pathway Design & Outcomes: Design care pathways grounded in high-value actions and patient engagement.
• Agentic Capabilities: Develop rubrics and evaluate AI-generated content with clinical judgment.
• Clinical Governance and Regulation: Apply governance standards and validate safety/accuracy.
• Strategy, Maintenance & Customer Delivery: Support cross-functional customer delivery with Health Solutions expertise.
