Job summary

Thesis Care is seeking a Clinical Strategist to work across the partnership journey from initial conversations to post go-live, supporting sales and deployment teams with solution design and executive-level discussions.

You will guide clinical product development with market and clinical perspectives, manage executive relationships, and help scale partnerships in a hybrid NYC environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ total years of post-training professional experience in client-facing roles such as consulting, customer success, implementation, or strategy.
• Prior experience at early startups or high growth healthtech units.

Responsibilities

• Convey Thesis’s AI platform to the market.
• Lead consultative sales cycles with provider organizations, uncovering priorities and shaping new solutions.
• Build and nurture executive relationships (C-suite, service line leaders, clinical, IT) to foster trust and champion adoption.
• Drive post-go-live success and expansion, coordinating stakeholders to deliver on time and measure outcomes.
• Feed customer insight back into our product, prioritizing features and new use cases with engineering and clinical teams.
• Own product scope for new partnerships, translating client needs into a defined, flexible configuration.
• Add in point on new markets.
