Job summary

Aurigo Software Technologies is seeking a Domain Translation & Delivery lead to work with public infrastructure clients in capital planning and CIP development. You will translate capital planning workflows into agent requirements and oversee delivery to ensure meaningful outcomes.

Qualifications

10+ years in capital planning or CIP development for public infrastructure or embedded in consulting roles.
Deep knowledge of multi-year CIP development, budgeting, funding sources, and reporting.
Familiar with how planning data flows to budget models and board reporting.
Experience with capital program management software in production planning.

Responsibilities

Translate capital planning workflows into agent requirements and ensure alignment with deliverables.
Analyze agency environments to identify value-delivery opportunities for capital planning.
Monitor agent performance against planning outcomes and tune as needed.
Own relationships with budget directors, capital program managers, and finance staff at accounts.
Train customer staff on AI-augmented workflows and identify new use cases.
