Job summary

Aurigo Software Technologies is seeking a Practice Lead - AI Solutions to build and scale AI services for capital programs. You will own executive relationships, drive commercial growth, and ensure delivery outcomes across public infrastructure engagements.

You will establish the practice from the ground up, lead a multidisciplinary team of AI consultants, engineers, and domain experts, and shape an AI roadmap with governance, security, and responsible AI at the core.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in enterprise software or infrastructure consulting.
• Existing executive relationships across public infrastructure owners.
• Experience building and scaling a consulting or services practice.
• Strong commercial experience including deal structuring and account growth.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Ensure engagements deliver measurable outcomes within scope and budget.

Role Overview

As "Practice Lead - AI Solutions", you will build and scale Aurigo's AI Solutions Practice, owning executive relationships, commercial growth, and delivery outcomes for capital program owners across public infrastructure. You will establish this practice from the ground up, leading a multidisciplinary team of AI consultants, engineers, and domain specialists, and ensuring AI engagements deliver measurable, trusted, and responsible outcomes that transition into recurring long term services.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and scale Aurigo's AI Solutions Practice for capital program owners.
• Develop executive relationships with transportation agencies, municipalities, utilities, and other public infrastructure organizations.
• Identify, qualify, and convert new customer opportunities into long term AI engagements.
• Structure commercial proposals, pricing, and expansion opportunities.
• Lead executive customer governance across active engagements.
• Build and lead a multidisciplinary team of AI consultants, engineers, and domain specialists.
• Represent Aurigo at industry events, customer advisory boards, and executive briefings.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to influence the AI roadmap based on customer feedback.
• Define scalable delivery processes as the practice grows.
• Ensure AI engagements deliver measurable customer outcomes, remain within agreed scope and commercial objectives, and transition successfully into recurring long term services.
• Ensure customer solutions meet Aurigo's standards for responsible AI, security, privacy, explainability, governance, and appropriate human oversight.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from a premier institution (top 30 globally)
• Master’s degree (Engineering, Computer Science, Management, or equivalent) – strongly preferred.
• 15+ years in enterprise software, infrastructure software, or infrastructure consulting.
• Existing executive relationships across public infrastructure owners (DOTs, Transit, Utilities, Water, Municipalities).
• Experience building and scaling a consulting, solutions, customer success, or professional services practice.
• Strong commercial experience including enterprise customer engagement, deal structuring, and account growth.
• Proven ability to build new businesses, teams, or practices from the ground up.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with AI enabled enterprise software.
• Capital programs, construction, or infrastructure technology experience.
• North American public sector experience.
• Participation in industry organizations such as AASHTO, APWA, CMAA, ACEC, or ENR.
