Job summary

Aurigo Software Technologies Inc. is seeking a Principal Consultant in Business Analysis to lead high-impact consulting engagements for public sector capital programs, including DOTs and Federal programs.

You will own business solutions, drive outcomes, and partner with Forward Deployed Engineers on AI-native delivery. Applicants should bring 10–12+ years in functional consulting, deep government program experience, and the ability to travel 20–40% for onsite engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required; US Citizenship/Green Card required.
• Extensive consulting experience at executive level in enterprise software implementations.
• Deep experience with public agencies (DOTs, Federal programs) and large government capital programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end discovery workshops for complex engagements with DOTs, Mega Govs, and Federal agencies.
• Deliver full consulting suite (CBI Profiles, Real Value Maps, Stakeholder Analyses, Change Assessments, Success Criteria).
• Present value narratives to executive sponsors in their language and connect to outcomes.
