Santriya Technologies Ltd is seeking an AI Deal Execution & Pitchbook Associate to support origination and execution through AI-assisted drafting, research and workflow management while ensuring all client materials, analysis and transaction outputs are independently verified.

The role emphasizes adherence to approved product documentation and governance, using enterprise AI tools, and maintaining strict data confidentiality and accuracy in every client engagement.

Responsabilités

• Prepare pitchbooks, transaction materials, management presentations and process trackers.
• Use AI to create first drafts, organize diligence themes and summarize documents in approved environments.
• Verify every market statistic, financial number, client fact and transaction statement against authoritative sources.
• Coordinate workstreams, deliverables, advisors, client requests and internal approvals.
• Support valuation and financial analysis using controlled models and clearly documented assumptions.
• Maintain version control and confidentiality for sensitive deal information.
• Prepare meeting notes and action logs, correcting AI summaries before circulation.
• Escalate conflicts, disclosure, conduct or execution risks promptly.
