Job summary

Santriya Technologies Ltd. seeks an AI-enabled Client Service Executive to coordinate day-to-day service delivery for assigned clients using AI-supported account summaries, issue analysis and documentation while maintaining accurate commitments and governance.

You will act as the operational contact for client requests, track SLAs, prepare service-review packs, and escalate risks as needed. This role emphasizes responsible use of AI as a supportive tool under human oversight.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Act as operational contact for client requests and follow-up actions.
• Use AI to summarize account history and prepare meeting notes.
• Track SLA, incidents, deliverables, risks and commitments.
• Coordinate internal owners and provide updates with evidence.
• Prepare service-review packs and trend analysis from data.
• Capture decisions and change requests with clear scope.
• Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements.
• Escalate risks to authorized managers when needed.
