Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology, Inc. is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to bridge business needs and technology.

You will partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze processes, and translate complex challenges into actionable solutions supporting mission-critical outcomes for USPS. You will coordinate cross-functional activities, manage documentation, and help ensure alignment between business priorities and IT execution, enabling informed decisions and measurable

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Business Systems Analyst experience.
• 2-3 years of specialized AI development experience for Technical Requirements documentation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day Project Management and Coordination activities across multiple USPS projects and workstreams; provide technical requirements for API and USPS applications using AI/SI.
• Maintain project schedules, milestone trackers, deliverable registers, calendars, and task lists; monitor due dates and flag delays, conflicts, dependencies.
• Organize project meetings; prepare agendas, briefing materials, decisions, action items, owners, and track closure.
• Collect and consolidate status updates; prepare status reports, summaries, trackers, and presentations for USPS leadership review.
• Maintain risks, issues, actions, and dependency logs; escalate concerns to the project leader.
