Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, business administration, or related field.
• 2–5 years supporting, configuring, or implementing enterprise applications like ERP, billing, or work management.
• Experience coordinating with external software vendors on escalations, patches, and upgrades.

Responsibilities

• Lead or contribute to data migrations during mergers and acquisitions, including data mapping, validation, testing, and cutover.
• Configure and deploy meter data integrations and troubleshoot data flows between field devices and back-office systems.
• Design, build, and test integrations between enterprise applications with internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide front-line end-user support for ERP, billing, and work management apps; triage and escalate as needed.
• Document designs, configurations, and integration specs for long-term support.
