Job summary

PCS Wireless, LLC. is seeking a Business Analyst I to own delivery of technology solutions across Sales, Finance, and Operations. You will collaborate with business and technology teams, define requirements, and drive implementations that improve processes and enable AI-enabled insights.

You will coordinate with external vendors on EDI/API integrations, translate requirements into specifications, and ensure testing and go-live readiness. A bachelor’s degree and 2+ years’ experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business analytics, information systems, computer science, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience defining requirements for technical solutions for end users of software products and applications.
• Hands-on experience with an ERP system (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle).
• Understanding of APIs (REST and SOAP) and integrations with technical teams.
• Experience using AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot) in work.
• Knowledge of EDI, JSON, XML for data integration and file exchange.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery of a portfolio of technology solutions across Sales, Finance, Operations and other PCS functions.
• Document, communicate and prioritize requirements to design, develop and implement solutions.
• Lead integrations with third-party vendors and trading partners (EDI and API).
• Translate business requirements into functional/technical specifications for development teams.
• Use AI to accelerate requirements gathering, mapping, and test scenarios.
