Qualifications

• 2+ years in outbound sales, business development, lead generation, or appointment setting.
• Background in P&C insurance, risk management, financial services, or professional services.
• Hands-on use of AI assistants with proven workflows at work.

Responsibilities

• Generate new broker and advisor relationships through cold calling, email, LinkedIn, and referrals.
• Use AI to build account intelligence: risk profiles, ownership structure, and captive fit.
• Draft and iterate outreach with AI, then edit for accuracy and personal touch.
• Qualify prospects and schedule high-quality discovery meetings.
• Maintain records in Salesforce and support marketing campaigns.
