Job summary

Holland & Knight is seeking a Business Development Coordinator to support the CMAS Section’s BD team, focusing on operations, data infrastructure, and AI-enabled workflows.

This early- to mid-level role emphasizes project management, event coordination, pitch development, and maintaining marketing collateral while enabling attorneys and the BD team to work more efficiently. A bachelor's degree and 3–5 years of relevant experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required and 3–5 years in marketing, BD, data analytics or related fields.
• Strong written and verbal communication with professional demeanor.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience with AI or workflow automation is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support marketing and BD projects from planning through implementation.
• Coordinate events, webinars, sponsorships, and client dinners.
• Develop pitch materials and RFP responses with attorneys.
• Manage directories, awards submissions, and narratives.
• Conduct basic research and synthesize findings for the BD team.
• Maintain and update BD collateral, bios, and practice descriptions.
• Support attorney engagement and data workflows.
