Job summary

Holland & Knight LLP is seeking a Business Development Coordinator to support CMAS Section’s BD team, focusing on project execution, events, and AI-enabled data workflows. You will manage multiple initiatives, collaborate with attorneys, and help maintain BD processes, reporting, and materials.

The role emphasizes automation, data operations, and an orientation toward technology-driven efficiency, with opportunities to lead defined projects with increasing autonomy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3-5 years of marketing, business development, data analytics, AI/technology implementation, communications, or professional services experience.

Responsibilities

• Support marketing and business development projects from planning through implementation.
• Coordinate events, webinars, sponsorships, client dinners, and receptions.
• Assist with pitch materials, presentations, and RFP responses with attorneys.
• Coordinate directory submissions and manage timelines for awards and rankings.
• Conduct basic industry and client research with the Competitive Intelligence Team.
• Maintain and update marketing collateral, bios, and practice group content.
• Engage with attorneys to gather information and validate data for BD systems.
• Draft and coordinate internal and external communications (press releases, social posts).
• Maintain experience databases, deal tracking systems, and mailing lists.
• Track referrals and prepare periodic reporting on outcomes.
• Uphold regular work schedule and focus on assigned duties.
