The role focuses on partnering with Product, Risk, Operations, Data, and Technology teams to enhance governance, reporting, and operational efficiency through technology-enabled solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in Business Management, PMO, Portfolio Management, Governance, Data Governance, Business Operations, or a related field.
• Experience in complex enterprise and/or regulated environments is preferred.
• Proven ability to operate independently while collaborating effectively across diverse stakeholder groups.

Responsibilities

• Design solutions and develop dashboards to translate data into insights.
• Automate workflows and connect data sources across systems.
• Partner with Product, Risk, Operations, Data, and Technology teams to implement governance and reporting.
• Provide executive-level reporting, KPIs, and scorecards to track progress and outcomes.
• Support operating model enhancements through automation and process optimization.
