Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant (technical) experience preferably within Global Markets or Global Banking domain
• Strong proficiency in utilizing data mining/analytics tools such as Toad, Excel, Tableau, SQL
• Strong proficiency in building and maintaining Tableau reporting from various sources
• Ability to effectively communicate complex technical messages and/or business policies horizontally and vertically through the organization
• General knowledge of bank/technical processes and tools including PPRT, CECE, TPAS, DART, POP, CIMA, etc.
• Ability to access data and perform independent research into data problems, determining root cause and proposing solutions
• Ability to think independently and recommend solutions

Desired Qualifications

• Knowledge of core banking functions, processes, and operations
• Knowledge of Enterprise Change Management Standards
• Knowledge of TPAS, PPRT GCP AR
• Ability to communicate crisply and candidly, both orally and in writing
• At least five years of project management experience
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
• Ability to drive collaboration and manage conflict
• Ability to adapt to frequent changes
• Potential to work on multiple projects/efforts simultaneously
