Dexian is seeking a data-driven professional to bridge business and technology across governance, data, and operations. You will design dashboards, automate workflows, and connect diverse data sources to improve decision making.

The role focuses on partnering with Product, Risk, Operations, Data, and Technology teams to enhance governance, reporting, and operational efficiency through technology-enabled solutions.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in Business Management, PMO, Portfolio Management, Governance, Data Governance, Business Operations, or a related field.
  • Experience in complex enterprise and/or regulated environments is preferred.
  • Proven ability to operate independently while collaborating effectively across diverse stakeholder groups.

Primary Responsibilities

Book of Work & Governance
  • Serve as a key contributor to the CCO/OCRM Book of Work, partnering across ECO, Product Management, Risk, Operations, Data, and Technology teams.
  • Manage the Book of Work lifecycle, including intake, prioritization, sequencing, execution tracking, dependency management, and executive reporting.
  • Facilitate governance forums and provide clear visibility into progress, risks, issues, dependencies, key decisions, and outcomes.
  • Maintain a centralized source of truth for initiatives, milestones, reporting, and leadership communications.
  • Enhance governance frameworks, reporting standards, and execution practices through continuous improvement.
Data, Reporting & Insights
  • Develop executive-level reporting, dashboards, scorecards, and KPI frameworks.
  • Analyze complex datasets and translate findings into meaningful business insights and recommendations.
  • Support data governance efforts and promote transparency around key business metrics.
  • Identify emerging trends, risks, operational inefficiencies, and opportunities across the portfolio.
Process Improvement & Transformation
  • Identify opportunities to reduce risk and improve operational efficiency across business processes.
  • Implement sustainable solutions that enhance transparency, accountability, and execution effectiveness.
  • Lead continuous improvement efforts across governance, reporting, intake management, and operational processes.
  • Support operating model enhancements through automation, standardization, and process optimization.
Technology & Enablement
  • Partner with Technology and Data teams to understand data structures, business rules, and system relationships.
  • Support the implementation and enhancement of reporting, workflow, and automation solutions.
  • Bridge business requirements with technical solutions across enterprise platforms.
  • Contribute to dashboard development, workflow design, process automation, and data integration initiatives.
Qualifications

AI, Data & Builder Mindset
  • Demonstrated curiosity and hands‑on experience using AI tools to enhance workflows, reporting, productivity, and decision‑making.
  • Ability to query and analyze data using SQL or similar technologies.
  • Understanding of data models, data structures, data lineage, and system integrations.
  • Experience working with APIs, connectors, data feeds, or enterprise integration solutions.
  • Exposure to modern data and business platforms, including:
    • Snowflake
    • Salesforce
    • Power BI
    • Power Apps
    • Microsoft 365 / Power Platform
  • Ability to build or improve dashboards, reporting solutions, automated workflows, and business processes.
  • Strong interest in emerging technologies, automation, and AI‑enabled operating models.

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage, influence, and partner with stakeholders across Product, Operations, Risk, Data, and Technology organizations.
