Job summary

Dexian seeks a skilled Data Engineer to join our Enterprise Data & Analytics Team, shaping data products that power analytics, data science, and decision-making. You will design, build, test, and maintain modern data engineering solutions aligned with our data modernization strategy.

You will own technical deliverables, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate with business users to deliver reliable data solutions while upholding governance and security standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5 to 10+ years of experience in SQL Server, T-SQL, and relational modeling.
• Experience with BI Warehouse / Lakehouse development.
• Proficiency in C# or a similar language; Python noted.
• Experience with SSIS and ADF.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders on data solution requirements and feasibility.
• Design, document, and implement technical data solutions.
• Develop and enhance data pipelines consolidating complex datasets.
• Build and maintain analytics infrastructure used by analysts and data scientists.
• Create scalable software components using C#, Python, and VSCode.
