Job summary

PCS Wireless, LLC. is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to own requirements for the Application Development portfolio, collaborating with operations, finance, sales, and other teams.

You will leverage AI to draft requirements, user stories, and process flows, and work with full-stack developers to build scalable solutions. You will model processes using BPMN, define integration requirements with NetSuite, and mentor other analysts while driving sign-off with stakeholders across the globe.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, computer science, business analytics, or related field.
• 8+ years defining requirements and delivering application development projects, incl. 5+ years as lead analyst.
• Experience taking custom web apps from idea to release and adoption; greenfield requirements experience.
• Excellent written and spoken English; proven workshop facilitation and documentation skills.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot) to write requirements and flows.
• Experience with AI prototyping tools (Claude Design or similar).
• Knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, XML, SQL; ability to read API docs and discuss data flows.
• Experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria in Agile with Jira/Confluence.
• Experience integrating apps with ERP systems (NetSuite) and enterprise middleware.

Responsibilities

• Own requirements for all applications in the Development portfolio from discovery to release and continuous improvement.
• Lead discovery sessions and interviews to document current processes and future-state solutions.
• Write build-ready requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, data models, and specs for developers and AI agents.
• Use AI tools throughout the lifecycle to synthesize notes, draft stories, and create process flows.
• Create quick prototypes using AI tools to validate ideas with stakeholders before development.
• Model current and future processes using BPMN or similar; capture edge cases and non-functional requirements.
