Responsibilities

• Gather and translate complex workflows into functional and technical AI use cases.
• Design, build, and test AI agents to ensure compliance with business rules.
• Bridge between stakeholders and AI engineering to guide implementation.
• Clarify functional specs and review architectural solutions with developers.
• Create end-to-end test plans and validation scripts for BOMs and configurations.
• Verify configuration accuracy with manufacturing and factory systems.
• Drive user experience improvements across ordering interfaces.
