Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in financial services operations or business analysis.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python for data analysis and automation.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs and AI tools for workflow automation and prompt design.
• Strong understanding of the trade lifecycle across financial products and asset classes.
• Ability to produce high-quality requirements documentation and collaborate throughout the SDLC.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, adaptable for technical and senior audiences.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage competing priorities independently.
• Proactive, self-starter mindset with strong work ethic and curiosity.
• Comfortable in a dynamic, fast-paced team environment.

Responsibilities

• Produce comprehensive requirements documentation and functional specifications for platform enhancements.
• Conduct in-depth data analysis across asset classes to identify process gaps and support implementations.
• Engage in design reviews, user acceptance testing, and production rollouts with Technology teams.
• Design and maintain lightweight automation tools using Python, SQL, and AI frameworks.
• Prototype AI-assisted tools, refining workflows through prompt design and testing.
• Monitor and troubleshoot desk-built solutions, ensuring reliability and operational effectiveness.
• Document processes and solutions to support scalability and production readiness.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align priorities and deliverables effectively.
• Enhance data quality and analytical capabilities through proactive process improvement initiatives.
